Free Trial
SegmentKit offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the SDK during the trial period before subscribing.
Subscription Refunds
Since we offer a free trial to evaluate the product before purchase, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
We will consider refund requests in the following cases:
- Technical issues: If the SDK has a critical bug that prevents you from using its core functionality, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- First payment within 14 days: If you subscribed and request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at chenweisomebody@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The reason for the refund request
- Your Paddle transaction ID (found in your payment receipt email)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. To cancel, manage your subscription through the Paddle customer portal (link provided in your payment receipt) or contact us by email.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
